Oh my!  Just got home from doing Karaoke at Looney Bin in Belfair - cool club - check it out sometime!  Now for some midnight pizza and cabernet!

2 days in studio = 2 new songs recorded...I can't wait to share them with you!  Bret Phillips at Wax Poetic Studio on Bainbridge added some VERY cool instrumentation - I am VERY pleased with the results.  I am just chilling with them, letting it all sink in before sharing.  Spent the day in Port Townsend; at and drank at Sirens, browed for records at Quimper (ahh...vinyl) and now relaxing with a glass of red - a great day.  

Okay, back into the studio tomorrow!  Tuesday went beautifully - I am so excited!  I should have final mixes on three songs tomorrow evening...stay tuned!

Studio Tomorrow = Am I ready?  Never!  Am I willing?  Oh Yeah!  

at blogging...I am so VERY inconsistent...oh well!  The date is set for going into the studio!  November 2nd - I haven't checked my horoscope yet to make sure it is an auspicious day or anything...I am pretty sure it will say something like "do not leave the house on this day".  Now I just need to choose the songs, practice till perfect, decide on instrumentation, production, arrangement...I better stop blogging and get to work!  Oh!  I will be recording at Wax Poetic Recording Studio here on Bainbridge.  I am so psyched!  Bret Alain Phillips is an amazing talent and I am so looking forward to working with him!
